Create a system that incentivizes real estate agents and lenders to maintain business with Flueid-powered title agencies.
We developed a white-labeled title agency platform to connect Flueid’s extensive data sets with title production systems. This gave lenders and real estate agents a single ecosystem to generate leads, order products and services, and manage orders with their Flueid-powered title partners.
20+ title agencies use Flueid Pro to maintain relationships and retain repeated business with their lenders and real estate clients. Additionally, FP serves as a distribution channel for Flueid’s suite of title verification and search products.

On-demand title verification for lenders
Integrate our Flueid Decision product with Encompass, an industry-leading loan origination system (LOS). Part of the challenge was creating a visual user experience for a product primarily consumed through an API, i.e., no interface.
We translated the Flueid Decision API payload into an interface that was tailor-made for Encompass lenders. The integration organized and displayed the title search results directly within Encompass, providing clearly ranked indicators of issues that may endanger the loan and cloud the transfer of title.
Too early to determine, but the integration will expose Flueid Decision to hundreds of new lenders. In addition, the integration with Encompass allows Flueid to deliver a core product to mid-size mortgage lenders without the arduous legal, onboarding and technical setup associated with a direct lender integration.

Open order app for Flueid Pro
Create an open order flow that could support a wide variety of products and options. Users ranged from industry veterans to order clerks following a step-by-step guide.
The team designed an intake form that was divided into several steps, each of which guided the customer through a specific aspect of the custom order process. The form used client and user records and system configurations to expedite the filling out of forms. By offloading complexity to onboarding the order intake allowed the user to focus on selecting the correct products and services.
What typically took upwards of five minutes could be completed in about one. Customers were able to quickly place custom orders without the need for extensive communication with customer support. Additionally, the architecture set the foundation for Flueid to easily add new product offerings with a few configuration settings.

Strategy and design for e-commerce websites
New Era embarked on an initiative to broaden its product portfolio through strategic alliances with distinctive content providers. With varying consumer motivations, it was crucial to curate the art merchandise in a manner that resonated with each target audience. Moreover, marketing campaigns had to communicate the specific brand narratives of each partner effectively.
We modeled the shopping experience around three types of buyer personas (competitive, aspirational and bargain). These personas guided and refined the following search modes:
Over time websites witnessed an increase in traffic and unique visitors. This translated into higher customer engagement and ultimately boosted sales. Additionally, conversion rates improved as the intuitive website design and compelling content organization streamlined the purchase process. As a result, the e-commerce websites averaged a conversion rate of 4.5% with an average order value of $75. Overall, the successful implementation of these websites helped New Era strengthen its market position and expand its product reach through strategic partnerships.
